Es un orgullo de ser Guatemalteco,porque yo tambien soy originario de Guatemala. Alas! Si Julieta Urrutia Chang, hubiera aprendido Ingles, hubiera sido Senorita Universo y Senorita Internacional de Guatemala de 1984. Ya que el Senor respetable de la comunidad de Senorita Universo, dijo que es muy importante que aprenda ingles. Porque asi es como puede ganar mas puntos y si Julieta Illma Urrutia Chang, supiera Ingles, hubiera sido Senorita Universo. Mira, el ejemplo de Oxana Fedorova, que perdio la corona porque cometio un error. Asi, que Guatemala, a todas las senoritas a echarle ganas y a triunfar y volver a mandar mujeres bellas como Julieta Urrutia, y la unica manera es aprender bien ingles y tener buenos titulos y ser ejemplo como Julieta Urrutia, pero aprenda Ingles es la unica cosa que le falto a Julieta. Pero me siento orgulloso de Guatemala. Para mi Julieta Urrutia es Senorita Universo de Guatemala aunque no haya ganado. Porque no supo Ingles.El Ingles es tan importante para ganar y es un paso para Senorita Universo. Es un orgullo porque ella fue Senorita Internacional de 1984. Bueno, eso es todo. Ella es mi paisana y yo tambien soy de Guatemala.

Julieta Urrutia Chang is my pride because she is from Guatemala. She is a queen of beauty. For me, Julieta Urrutia Chang, is still a Miss Universe. Even though she did not win the crown of Miss Universe. Because she did not know English. English is very important and it is the only key to win the crown of Miss Universe. It is a pride of being from Guatemala. Look at the example of Oxana Fedorova, that she lost the crown because she made a mistake. So, Queens of Guatemala, be an example like Julieta Urrutia, and gain good titles and learn English is the way to win the crown of Miss Universe. Julieta Illma Urrutia Chang, was Miss International of 1984 from Guatemala. It is a pride!
