The bannerless option is currently one of the top priorities and is in development on the beta site. Our hope is it will go in with this new version.

We will probably be adding an option to automatically make URLs (in message bodies) into links; however, sometime we may be working on custom fields in e-mail messages. It's a tougher issue than it sounds, but if we are going to be adding a field it would probably be along with this. It doesn't seem to be something we can do anytime soon, though, but who knows...
