Do you mean allowing users to click to go to a URL? If so, perhaps you did not do the HTML right. An HTML link must look like this:

This is my link: <A href="url">some text here</A>. I have another link here, though: >A href="url2">second link text</A>

Replace url with the destination site address and some text here with some text describing the link.
The second link can be anywhere after the first. Just make sure to close your <A href="..."> tags with the closing </A> tag.
