Okay, I believe the problem is fixed. Since you lowered your archive settings for testing, I went ahead and set them up a bit once I got everything working. Please reset those to the values of choice. I posted a test message to rotate about 2/3 of your forum messages into Archive 1 and then set it back to Index rotation as you preferred.

Please let me know if you see anything weird, but keep in mind there are about 60k of messages in Archive 1, and 20k in the main index. I set the max index size to 25k; when this limit is hit, Archive 1 will be moved to Archive 2, the main index moved to Archive 1, and you'll have a completely clear main index. Feel free to change your settings.
