Subject: Need help with setting up my message board

I opened a new voy message board. when I go to the configuration form on the owner login page I filled out all the info. When I press submit I get a message that states, "There are some problems with your forum entry"
1. Field "heading" (must be between 0 and 40 characters)
I go back and all my info is gone, so I re fill out the form and the same message appears. What am I doing WRONG???
