Subject: Bug Report--Headers cutting off...

I posted this down below but have not received a reply:

This has happened a few times. Poeple's subject headers are getting cut off after they post with some of the words suddenly missing.
One time I noticed when I was posting a message myself, when they message was displayed for me asking if I wanted to make any changes, part of my subject line has vanished. I simply retyped it in and it was ok after the approval post but can that be fixed so it doesn't happen at all?
