Subject: Bug Report: Subject headers disappear when quotations are used...

This is a follow up to a previous inquiry. I've discovered that when quotes are used in a subject line, after the message is posted much of the subject text vanishes. You had asked if I could recreate the bug for you so I hope this helps. The subject line can be retyped and it will stay for after final approval but if there's a way to correct the problem it would be great!
