In the portion of the helps on regular expressions, there is an example showing exactly what you want:

/^192\\.168\\.38\\.2 will ban any ip starting with 192.168.38.2

So you want something like this: /*\\.aaa\\.aaa$
and this: /^111\\.111\\.*
