Subject: My Forum has been erased too

Dear Forum Support Staff

Puh-leeze could you advise us what is going on and whether or not we will get out lost archive pages back. That's months worth of research and posts that are in those archives and it's devastating if we have lost all of it. We weren't even warned that we would lose it. I saved 3 archive pages (by pure chance for something else) but there's one other page that I didn't and it took so long to get those pages together ... as said we would be devastated to have to start from scratch again.

What has taken months to build up into a successful supportive forum has seemingly been wiped out overnight by a glitch(?). Pleeze say that we'll have the information back soon.
