First off, thanks for the lengthy explanation. It was more than anybody needed, though. My big complaint was that nobody was even acknowledging the problem, even though they had time to come here and delete postings.

I posted here that I was leaving for another forum (which will remain nameless for fear of having this post deleted) because when a post is made to their support forum, the average response time is under 3 hours and it seemed like there was nobody home at voy.com. So, yeah, I was advertising another site, but I didn't use the rebellion as an excuse to do so, I did so because I was frustrated with voy.com's silence. I'm glad that you finally posted here to let us know what was going on. Thanks.
