Please help me. There is a sick and annoying poster who I have been trying to ban from my forum without success. His host name is either ipb54.miami15.fl.pub-ip.psi.net/38.30.142.54 or ipa92.miami.fl.pub-ip.psi.net/38.30.142.54
Please- how do I block this idiot? He cuts and pastes copyrighted material and violates other TOS, and I can't get rid of him. He also has his own forum on voy.com which is accessible by password only, but he insists on spewing his crap on other forums where he is not welcome.
