Hi Rudi,

Thx for your response.

I was aware that the inclusion of extra field boxes would have to be implemented into all forums. I didn't explain myself properly. My intended suggestion was that it be inserted into the Forum Configuration Area ie extra field boxes for Forum Owners to choose whether or not they wanted extra field boxes and if they did, what they wanted their headers to be.

It seems fairly straight-forward; though not being a programmer etc I don't know how easy it is. As said before, html is about my limit; though from browswing the internet, for those that are programmers, surely this is easy peasy - ie just add in a few extra lines for the Forum Owners.

As for the automatic linking in posts for URL's that probably is a tough one, but to 'cheat', all your programmers need to do is just add in an extra field box for URL's. instead of programming something into the message area etc.

While we very much appreciate being able to use Voy Forums, it would be nice to have support when we need it; and/or at least to be acknowledged. As one Owner said the other day, we all read our boards every day - but it doesn't seem like Voy Support does as it takes days to even get an acknowledgement or an answer. It diminishes our faith and trust in you. What is going on?

Rgrds,
JM
