She stops the mare near the cross ties and hops off. She snags the paint's halter from where it still hung from the wall and buckled it loosely around the mare's neck. The brunette carefully tugged the head piece over the black ears and slid the bit out of the mare's mouth. After hanging the bridle on the saddle horn, she buckles the halter onto the mare's head, to bothering to attach the second cross tie. Flipping the left stirrup onto the horn, she yanked the cinch loose and heaved the entire apparatus, pad bridle and all, off the paint's back and packed it back over to the saddle rack that still waited beside T Bird's stall. She returned in moments with the dandy brush and gave the mare a solid brush down, rubbing out the light sweat marks and smoothing the hair back into place. "You are such a good girl!" She smiled warmly, setting the brush down to rub the sleek neck with her hands. She snapped a lead rope onto the halter and returned the tie to it's proper place. "Come on T Bird. You deserve some pasture time." With that, she led the paint back out of the barn and towards the spacious fields.
