Of course you can. Just fill in the array with the needed string, and for example:
for i:=0 to 7 do Write(A[i]);

You can find examples in the sort.pas file about using arrays.

If you want to put static texts, I suggest using EEPROM, because variable array need a lot of data memory, and this is what PICs don't have...
