Anyone know of a host with no Ads, Nice bandwidth, Some decent space, and a FTP account?

I can never get a decent host!
They either close down, or change thier deals to something dodgier.

What have you tried? Because geocities is great. They only have that one pop up in the top right hand corner. What I do is back a site on geocities.com then make an account on www.cjb.net and then the address isn't as long, and I don't think the pop up is there. But, instead of say http://www.geocities.com/charmed_k_c/home.html I use for my site http://www.charmedkc.cjb.net . That is just what I do though.

Oh god yeah I tried Geocities!
They have no FTP, crap bandwidth and ads.
Well, They used to have FTP but don't any more.
Plus, I was kicked off of them (three times under different names) last year for using too much bandwidth.
It used to give that annoying message.
I've tried

f2s
Brinkster
Port5
Angelcities
Angelfire

To no luck
You do not know how more convenient FTP is.
No signing in, just double click on the program, then drag it from your comp into the server.

I'm gonna try b0x for a while, see what it gives me.

If it's only my comp that it doesn't, that's ok. Cos that means that It's not bandwidth problems or anything.......
