Hi BeBe here's one I wrote a while ago and what a coincidence a friend of mine just asked me to use it with suitable changes for her niece too.

If you like you could change 'We are' and 'We saw' appearing in the first stanza to 'I am' and 'I saw' if you prefer.

Caleb, as you graduate today
We are so proud of you.
From a boy to a man
We saw how you grew.

Now look to the future
Be proud of who you are
You can make something of yourself
Now you have come this far!

Enjoy this wonderful journey
Of hopes and wishes come true
Dream right into the future
This day belongs to you.

Doreen would it be alright with you to change the name from Caleb to someone we know? we have 4 graduates that I have to buy gifts for and thought if I could change the names. Thanks for such a cute poem. hugs, Bev(meme)

Yes of course Bev you can change the name or 'We' to 'I' as I suggested above according to your needs.
