I am really pleased that more men are becoming trained in the early years field. I have been a nursery leader for about 7 years and when I first started there was hardly any men involved with early years education. In my nursery we encourage Dads as well as Mums, to to a rota and the children really seem to benefit from some male input. We nearly had a male assistant but he was offered a better paid job working in a factory !!!! (I dont blanme him for taking the factory job)

Well done all you men out there and keep up the good work,
Carol
