Chapter One

I finally arrived at Incheon airport. I couldn't wait until I went to my grandmother's house. I missed her so much!! I got my baggages and started walking towards the exit. That was when I reached into my pocket and found the piece of paper... the paper that Brian gave me last year.

When I gave Brian a ride home that day, he gave me his group's CD. It was him and another guy. I listened to their whole album and I fell in love with the group. Their music was exactly what I felt.

That day when I met Brian, Silver huggd metightly and thanked me a million time for getting Brian's autograph. Strange how I didn't tell her his number. I wanted to, but he said not to tell anyone... just keep it to myself....

I arrived at my grandmother's house and gave her a huge hug and rested for a while. I was looking at the piece of paper and wondered whether I should call him or not. That was when my cell rang. I looked at the number and it was Silver. I guess she wanted to know if I arrived Korea safely or not.

"Yuri~ Did you arrive Korea safely? Are you going to the TV station to meet Brian again?""Gee, unnie, I don't like music that much, remember? If I do, I'll get you Fany's autograph too. And by the way, I arrived Korea safe and sound. Hehe~"
"Okay. I just wanted to make sure because if you died, then who would be my favorite cousin? I'll call you later.... I'm at work right now."
I closed th cell phone and lied back down on my bed. It was so good to be back in Korea.. I was going to meet my best friend soon... Hopefully she was back from school.

"Grandma, I'm going out to meet Ae Lah. I'll come back before 10," I said and went out the door. The first thing I needed to do was exchange my money. Sure, I had some money that my grandmother gave me, but that wasn't enough if I was to go see Ae Lah.

"Yuri!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Ae Lah shouted and hugged me a little to tightly because I could barely breath.

"Ae-- Lah, want to let me go?"

Ae Lah and I catched like the old times and it felt good to tell her all the secrets I had in me. I told her about Brian's incident and she was about to kill me. She loved him so much. I promised her that I would take her when I went to go meet him.

Because I had promised grandma that I was going to get home before 10, I had to go home few hours later. Before I left Ae Lah's house, I promised her that I would come over again tomorrow.

Early in the morning, someone had called my cell. Besides Silver and Ae Lah, no one knew my cell phone number. I was surprised when the caller ID showed a number I didn't know of.

"Hello?" I answered and told myself to be careful.

"I don't know if you remember me, but it's me, Brian. Did I wake you up?"

"Brian? I don't know anyone named Brian. Uh, if I have your number, then I'll call you back. Right now, I'm half asleep so, bye~" I said and hung up. That was rude of me, but what could I do? I was too tired to even think...

I think that was my biggest mistake ever.... picking the phone up while I was half asleep....

Prologue

Yuri was at the JFK airport waiting for Brian to come out. Her cousin found out when he was coming and what airport and surprisingly enough, she told her. It was too bad her cousin couldn't go. She had work to do. Yuri's cousin was somewhat friends with Brian, but she never talked to him. He was a singer in Korea and as crazy as her cousin was, she went online and searched for him.

Yuri looked around her surroundings and there was barely anyone there except for those people waiting for relatives or family from Korea. She was in this airport for 3 hours. Her cousin said, "just in case there are fans, go early!! Oh, get a autograph for me, okay?"

*Why can't she come and get the autograph herself? Oh wait, she has work... * She said to herself sarcastically. She wasn't exactly a fan of Brian or any singers in Korea. You could say she was a nerd with music.

Finally this guy with sunglasses came out of the door. She obviously knew that that guy was Brian. Not only it was obvious he was trying to show off, but also he was wearing the clothes that her cousin said he was going to wear.

Yuri got the courage and went up to him. She probably didn't know how popular he was in Korea.

"May I ask if you're Brian?" Yuri asked.

"Yes, and who may I ask you are?" He asked back.

"Oh, do you know Silver? I'm her cousin. She told me to meet you because she can't."

"You're Silver's cousin? Wow, I thought her cousin would be someone really young and uh.. short?" He said getting beet red.

"Everyone thinks that at first for some reason. Anyways, can you sign a autograph for my cousin and then I'll leave you alone." Yuri said politely.

Brian looked at Yuri weirdly. *Does she know I'm famous in Korea or what? She hasn't fallen for me yet. That's strange..* Brian thought.

After Brian signed the book that Yuri brought, Yuri started to walk away. Because his family was busy with things, he wasn't able to get a ride from them. He had to call home and get the butler to pick him up unless Yuri had a car.

"Wait!!" Brian shouted.

"Yes?" Yuri said and turned around.

"How long were you waiting for me?" He asked.

"I think three hours. Silver said that I should go early just in case there was a lot of fans."

"Oh... Can I buy you something to eat? I feel sorry that you were waiting 3 hours for me.." Brian said.

Yuri hesitated to give her answer. Because she needed to look good for her cousin she had to accept his offer, but she really didn't want to stay in New York another minute. Just before she was about to say she was busy, she remembered what Silver had said, "If he's hungry, BUY HIM something to eat~ Okay?"

"Do you need a ride home? It's the least I can do if you're friends with my cousin."

"Wait a minute, I'm the one who has the do things for you because you're Silver's cousin and because you waited 3 hours for me. Not the other way around."

"It's okay. I'm usually like this."

It ended up Yuri giving Brian a ride home and him buying her dinner. Before Yuri headed back home, Brian gave her his home number and the number in Korea because she said she was going to Korea during the summer.

Yuri thought she was good friends with Brian by the end of the day, but she was wrong.............................
