I'm a PC Tech in Laughlin & Bullhead, lived here all my life. Now at 32, things here have not changed much. My mom and dad still work for the casinos, and may never get out of that "deep hole" of a business.
I have my own business repairing networks, pc's, PC training and contract web design work.
I personal would never have my site or a customers site hosted in this area. Everybody, i mean everybody that offers hosting says they are the best, or they claim to be for the city, or some other bull.
The fact is, this area is the worst place for servers with sites on them. Most companies have moved their sites to servers out of this area. I read that magazine that noted Bullhead City, Kingman, Havasu, etc. was the worst place for hosting.
I would find a host master on the east coast. I know Debbie from Havasu, worked on her PC's a few times. She said pick.net, I have a few sites with them, and they are very good.
But that's up to you, there are many other hosting companies outside of this area.
As a tech, I would not have any company host a site in this area. Not that they are bad, but if you want to be seen without delays, then move EAST!
