I have had problems with my chat rooms in embanet. Here's my biggest problem: whenever anyone goes into a chat room their name appears, and never goes away (whether or not they log out or just close the window) So I've had students wander into the wrong chat room, put their name there, and then when I go in, it looks like someone is there. I do check history to see when they posted, but some students don't post at all--so there's no way for me to determine if their name is indicating they are in the room or if it's just a "ghost" of visits past. What can I do about that? Also, I've not had many students visit chat at all...is that a bad sign?
