Yes, I can help. There have been a few others who have mentioned the same problem. What I find strange is that corrections for one ISP leads to problems for different ISPs. So, I have come up with what I hope is a solution.

I will post the chapters to the FTP portion of my web site. I will allow for anonymous user log-in for downloading only. I will post the MS Word version of the story, unless there are reasons why I should use a more generic form of text (e.g. *.txt or *.rtf). It may be a week or two before I can get around to stetting up the FTP end. There are some issues happening at my job that require my immediate attention, and it is following me home at night.

I will post a message when the FTP is ready, and instructions on how to access it.
