Clearly, big maps slow down transfers; and, as you
point out, they rapidly run up against ceilings of
free web hosting sites.

I already sent you and goobergunch a full-size
copy by email. If anyone else wants one, they can
just send me an email address.

I will also take a shot at reducing my original scanned
TIFF (25 MB) to a lower resolution JPEG. I sent you
and XGA (1024 x 768)l; I will try VGA (640 x 480) to
see if it is legible. Maybe I can get a better JPEG by
reducing the source instead of an already compressed
JPEG.
