Subject: Lawsuit Anyone???

I, like everyone else dumb enough to buy a Kia, have had my share of problems with my 2007 Spectra. I have been lucky enough so far that everything that has gone wrong has been under warranty and has been fixed for free, but have a feeling that my good luck is about to run out. It just came from the shop again today and the mechanics are trying to tell me that these issues are "normal". Bullshit! I didn't come from a family of mechanics to have them tell me that when the heater fan goes up and down with acceleration that's normal. When the car isn't shifting right that's normal. I had a spot of rust on the car the day I drove it off the lot!! The back window has been replaced twice, I also had a problem with the "auto" lights not shutting off so they replaced a body control module, had to have the driver side mirror replaced. The car only has 7000 miles on it and has only been driven 12 mos of the 15 that I've owned it! I see that Kia has already had a class action lawsuit against them for one of their 2004 models and Kia lost. I think it's about time that history repeats itself!!!
