Subject: 2011 Kia Sorento beautiful ride, but a problem child

In January we bought a new 2011 Sorento with hopes of having a dependable car to transport the family and grandchildren in. After having it for 2 weeks I was in a fender bender. Nothing major. After that all things went down hill. To make a long story short...what should have been a bumper and sensor turned into 7 bumpers, waiting on the second sensor and 5 months in the shop. After the car came back we experienced multiple problems that have resulted in 4 new rotors, a rebuilt transmission, new radio, new dash board (waiting on that also) and no dependability. The Kia dealership has dealt with these and agrees that the car has a "disease" and should be replaced, however Kia the company has said "that is what your warranty is for". I now have a toilet flushing as a ring tone for any Kia number on my phone so I know that each conversation will consist of a battle for what is right.
