Subject: Kia Carens

I purchased a new Kia Carens 2010, it has been in and out of the dealer several times and has accumulated 14 month in the Kia repair shops. Kia Korea does not what to take responsibility of the the car. The car has fuel injection problems, thermostat will fail and the car will overheat.

The Kia CARENS 2010 has 17,500 miles. The dealer refuse to fix the car (May 2014) because we are proceeding with a claim with the consumer protection agency. The entire company is a SCAM.
