First of all: yes I did research the market to see what was out there! I take this home hunting seriously because I want to get the best price.
Second: I don't appreciate the way you jumped on me. I wasn't attacking Mary by any stretch of the imagination. I was simply saying that maybe certain areas have more or less condos per houses.
