So many people ask me this question and all I have to say is this. I do this job all year, and if there were times that weren't good for buying and selling, I wouldn't be working all year. I have never experienced a down time with the real estate market. It slows down a little before Thanksgiving and then picks up again. Then it slows down just before Christmas and then picks right back up again after the first of the year.
Notice I used the words slows down. The market never comes to a hault. When is the right time to buy and sell? Now is the right time especially with rates at an all time low. Contact me if I can be of any assistance.
