Now Catherine's coverage may not fall into the same cliched trap but normally you end up looking like a tube, a dinosaur or worse. Most hepcats have an eclectic taste in music, clothes, design, culture et al but this is rarely portrayed We are trying real hard at the moment to make new faces welcome to our rockin gigs - Lochwinnoch was a fine example of success in this area. What normally puts newcomers off is the thought that they're not welcome if they don't look the part. Can't see how this sort of coverage would be good for the scene - what does anyone else think?
