I'm just calling about the letters you sent .... - Excuse me, I've a room full of children here is it possible for you to call me back, say, in about ten minutes or so? - No, no I can't do that - Alright, just a minute. Now, what was it you were saying? - I was just wondering if you could tell me a bit about the letters? - Not Really. Why are you ringing me now? - Well, to see if there is anything we can do, like help you out with university or something - I am not sure I want to. Why hasn't Bob been in touch? - You have to understand that Bob Geldof is famous and gets thousands of letters - I don't really care how famous Bob Geldof is. You got the letters, why have you called now? - Your letters stood out. We collected them. We were wondering if there was anything we could do - I don't know. Paula's dead now - Paula? - Yes, Paula - Oh, ... Have you ever met Bob Geldof? - I beg your pardon? - Have you ever met Bob Geldof? - No, I've not met him. Are you Australian? - No, no I'm English - Oh sorry, you sounded Australian, this line is not very clear, I can barely hear you - What will we do? - I don't know, try a sense of humour - In the letters you were asking for money? - Yes - We thought we could sponsor you for uni ... - How's Bob? How are things going? Is he back at work yet? - Err, .... - You can't answer, it's okay, I understand that you cannot give personal information. Could I have an appointment to see him? - No, no I can't do that - Oh, what would you like me to do then? - Could you try sending another letter - You mean a business letter, something that will get through? - Yes, a business letter - I don't know. Bob,

You'd likely know that this telephone call was made about 4 weeks after Paula died as I've since faxed it to DECKCHAIR.COM (diversion: 44 207 456 1312) along with Paula's letter.

The business letter I sent by Express Post was ignored.

It's as if you rode the righteous road too blindly, so Bob, I think all that sympathy went to your head.

As for Mick, if he is to buy time then he is to actually pay the sponsor for the time spent.

And it's not for fans to comment about or staff to decipher - you both know exactly what I am talking about.
