Subject: Childrens rights

The issue of fathers and children is a very complicated , But yet very simple Issue , I have rights to My son and have not done any thing to deserve the treatment I have had through the court , There is such a natural inclination within the court system that dads are second, that it us difficult to have EQUAL contact with my son , To the woman who posted claiming damages from Mr Geldorf fighting for fathers rights , I have to say if You have any proveable fact I know You would have your way in the court , But As I see it from the mens group I was involved in ,women can make this so frustrating that it makes a good man angry , And the whole court process Is a charade , Atty's make a lot of money keeping these cases in the system , And you are foolish to say that mens rights are bad , I fully support Mens rights , We should not have to prove ourselves innocent just to see our children , There are already laws that govern bad behaviors around children , In conclusion ,, For the most part fathers rights should be assumed , not individually litigated ,Because of restrictive laws , If you think different then put the shoe on the other foot and let dads have custody 90% of the time and You fight for your rights to get every other weekend

Nothing and sadly that is the case everywhere. This is the problem, not good loving fathers... Good luck to the men on this site who are good fathers and want to see their children, by good fathers, I mean the fathers who never abused their spouses or girlfriends. AJ
