Subject: Dress Design

Hi! I'm a beginner dancer and I'm interested in feisanna. I've been looking around and the dresses are all very pretty but very expensive. Do any of you know of certain rules on exactly how fancy/decorative a dress has to be? Or is there anywhere to go to find that sort of info? Even any tips on that like what do judges seem to prefer? Any info will be most welcome. Thanks!
