In short, consumer confidence up sharply
Existing home sales best in 20 years.
Home prices edging up in some areas.
Rise in new home construction.
Manufactures are seeing an increase in durable goods orders.

So you expected two years of damage to our economy to be fully repaired in eight months? The worst recession since ’29 and the Great Depression? I was around then and it was far worse than what we’re now seeing.

Obama said at the very beginning, job losses would continue for awhile. Sadly, so will bankruptcies. The pain will probably be felt through the end of the year. That was predicted.

One can either choose to see the glass half empty or half full. The choice is yours.
