Isn't that a stitch? It seems to be coming mostly from southern whites and some who've never gotten over the changes taking place in the population.

The same people who benefitted from Bush's tax cuts are now squealing like stuck pigs that they might have to give up some of their gains and have their taxes raised. They didn't mind when they reaped the gold and drove the middle class in to oblivion.

Here in IN, the unemloyment rate has gone down about 1% but that's mostly due to the fact that most of the available jobs are in the "green" industry--wind turbines and other alternative energy. Purdue Northwest has an incubator and that seems to be helping somewhat. NW IN is getting punished by Mitch Daniels, our beloved governor because we and Obama turned IN blue. His nose is out of joint and he's spoken publicly about it.

I'm curious how much reform Obama is going to accomplish in restoring regulation to Wall Street and the banks. With the number of scams that have been pulled, the Bernie Maddofs floating around, the fox has been in the hen house too long.
