Hmmmm... the way I see it, there's one of two possibilities.
1) May 31 is the day when the whole world will rise up and declare me supreme chancellor of the universe.
2) May 31 is the day that, realizing no one is declaring me supreme chancellor, I lead a regiment of HellHarpoon's penguins in a vicous campaign to take over all of the known universe.

Either way, if I'm the ruler of the universe I think I could have it arranged for me to get that free cookie.
