Next Friday, August 18th, my friend Mike is flyin' out from Indiana to come visit. That's also the last real chance that I'll have to see Brett, so I see us having 3 options. IF you want to join us, you can bring your computer, and we can play a 4-way game of Diablo 2 for several hours, probably getting through Act 1. If you can't bring the computer, we'll play Iron Dragon. If you don't come along, Mike, Brett, and I will probably just play D2. Brett has a network hub....comes in handy.

I got a new Hard Drive too, it's sweet. 20 gig, 2 meg buffer, 7200 speed, a couple of other features, but I don't really even know what those mean, other than that they were the best Fry's had to offer (well, they had bigger drives than 20gig, but they started to get pricey.) and I got $20 off 'cause they didn't actually have any, so they gave me the one they had on display for cheaper. It was a good thing.

Anyway...Friday, August 18th. At least, I'm pretty sure it's the 18th. If not, it's that Friday, to be certain. Go with the day of the week, not the number. Keep that night open if you can. And start workin' on your parents to move the PC if you think that'll work as well. 4 player over the hub...be pretty nice, eh? But Iron Dragon is a very cool game as well. All I can say about it is: You get to draw on the board with crayons.

So, that said, plan accordingly....we MIGHT be able to pull something for the following Saturday, if you can't make it, but if that's gonna be the case, lemme know ASAP, so I can call Brett and let him know. He's a busy guy too, and said that he could make the time, but he needed advanced notice to do so. La de da, that's all!
