I am sorry that we weren't able to work something out, but it simply didn't happen. Sucks, yea, but what are we gonna do? I suppose we could've done something Saturday, but then we wouldn't've been able to go to Santa Cruz, and I didn't know that Friday plans with Brett were gonna fall through until he called me Friday afternoon, so we improvised. It sucks, but I can't apologize.

As for da' money, eh, I don't really need it. Consider it to be a belated graduation/birthday/apology for not bein' able to fit ya in to the plans present, but I hereby absolve any and all debts owed to me at this time. If you insist, you can provide the mone when I'm home for Thanksgiving, or my address for the year is.

As for college, I still say you just don't understand how it works. Oh, and one other thing, you got off LIGHT in terms of books. If it's under $200, you did pretty damn good. Ya know Kate? She typically pays around $500 each semester for all of the books and supplies she needs. I end up dishing out an average of $350 per semester. True, we sell back books, but between the reduced rates they give you, and the books I decide to keep, I typically only see about $100 again. So NO COMPLAINING.

Naw...andway, if you ever have the chance to take Ed Rocks for anything. He teaches Psychology and Physics. Wonderful Prof.

Other college tips: Study. You didn't need to in High School, but in college....it's a good idea. A REALLY good idea. Especially in classes you don't really like.

Study groups: The best way to make friends and get through tricky classes. Use 'em, love 'em. Might be hard 'cause ya don't live on campus, but try to make it happen.

Study. Yes, I know I already said this, but it's important, so I'm mentioning it again. No, it wont be the last time.

Actually...seeing as all the other tips I can think of really don't apply, that was the last time. A shame. Read that book you got, and find the ons that they got from Valpo and send it to me. I'm just kinda interested. Gotta show the school loyalty and what-not.

La de da...that's it, I'm outta here.
