Subject: Ahh...SNOW!

I don't care if it's just lake-effect snow, it's still snow, damnit.

In case you care, here's a recent update on the life of the Phule.

Last Friday, December 10th, I was finally activated into Alpha Phi Omega. Yay! I'm a Frat. boy now. And just to prove it to you, I will be taking, scanning, and posting a picture of myself wearing my really cool letters...that is, as soon as I get ahold of a camera, a scanner, and the means by which to upload said picture.

Mwa ha ha. I'm a Frat. boy now....yea ok, so it's a co-ed Service Organization. Nothing at all like "normal" fraternities. Just so you know, it's a dry frat too. Anyone caught drinking while wearing any APO-related stuff gets into some MAJOR trouble...heh heh heh.

Otherwise, I just laid out the smack on one of my exams. The questions came up, and the questions went down. 'Course, that doesn't say much considering it was "Math for Elementary Teachers" and the final included questions about Venn Diagrams and how to multiply fractions.

There were other things on it as well, such as how to find the square root of a number without a calculator and I could tell you the day of the week you were born on without painfully looking at calendars. If I were so inclined, I could tell you the day of the week anything landed on, and since i took this final, I could tell you in any number of various numeration systems. Mayan numeration, Roman, Babylonian, even Hindu-Arabic. (Note, I'll bet not one of you can type in the 1st ten digits in Hindu-Arabic numeration.)

Next is Music 101...um, yea. I'm sorry, it's just too hard to take that class seriously, much less the final. I think anyone who went to all the classes got an A, is how that worked.

And tomorrow I have my Theology 210 final, which will be extremely hard, but the Prof. is cool and gave us the final in advance, so while the questions are really, really hard, I've got all the time I need to look up the awnsers in advance. And just so you know, it's still very hard to do well even when the Prof's do this because A) not as many people look up the awnsers as you might think, and B) the Prof's tend to be very ruthless in grading, which is understandable.

In other news, well, actually, I can't tell you the news. I'm a college student, isolated from society. I don't get cable, so I don't watch the news, having a subscribtion is too expensive, and we get terrible reception, so I hear nothing. College students are either obvlivious to the world, or are so into it they hear everything. Me? Hell...California could fall into the ocean and I wouldn't know about it until I tried to take a flight home. You laugh, but I'm serious....

Anyway, my presence is currently required elsewhere, so I'm off...see ya later.
