Well, as for OSH, I don't really care. We should definately shore up our defences. This means we carefully guard the secret of clan game names and passwords. I was actually toying with the idea of purshasing more than one Clan Hall. One could be used for meetings and such, the other for storing weapons and what not.

The password for the armory town hall could be a very closely guarded secret. This would also allow us to open up the primary clan hall to all new members and/or any allies we happen to obtain.

This is strictly an idea. Seeing as we don't know for sure how the clan halls work, this may not be plausible, but it's a thought, and if it turns out that this could work, it might not be a bad idea to consider.

Anyway, the point of this board is to kick out ideas like this, not trade tales about vacations and Baldur's Gate. But please don't stop posting, post whatever you want, I don't care. We're rather informal, but the overall point of the board is to make sure that the clan starts off on the right foot.

After we get settled in, we can see about launching a strike on TC. The action should be quick, however. Our newer members aren't going to be all that enthusiastic about a war they can't possible understand. It might even be adviseable never to even make any open declaration of war. Just send our spies into their ranks and do the damage. Maybe even leave a few subtle clues that will make them suspisious (sp?) but nothing they can prove.

Again, with OSH, it's a gray area, and I think we should play it "tough but fair." We treat them with indifference, and if they make any hostile moves, we take 'em to it. I don't relish the idea of fighting two clans at once, but I don't consider it impossible. Talking Diablo, you can only fight at most 6 on 6 at a time, so being outnumbered isn't really much of a concern. Starcraft takes OSH out of the picture altogether, and puts TC at a bit of a disadvantage.

SH has alot more better players than TC. Punk, myself, Tseng, and Drake. Punk and I were the finalists in the mega-tourney. Drake and Tseng, I believe were both high placers. However, I would concede that Drake's skill is on the par with my own, and I consider both Tseng and Punk to be better than myself. I just barely beat Punk in that tourney, and I on all three games I defeated Punk, he did interesting things. The first time, he went straight for 'Goons, and was caught open for a 6-Hydra rush. His second loss was when he attempted to go very early Scouts. The third game, he didn't expand, and I still barely won...barely. If he had built another Reaver instead of two Zealots the game would've been his, easily.

The two times he defeated me were very clear wins. So Punk is the better player. Or at the very least....we has the better player 6 monthes ago. :-) Tseng has always been a damned hard challenge. I've beaten him a time or two, but he's got me more or less beaten, although not by much. :-)

As for TC, they're big guns are Swordbane and Light^U^Up.

Sword I'm not concerned about. I've beaten him many a time.
Light is a 14 year old kid who smokes Marijuana, and refuses to do anything but Mutalisk rush on Big Game Hunters. Tought to beat on that particular map, but easily crushed in any real fight. Roc, Ch@os, Helrick, and Smitty (G'Man) can be annoying, but are only at best slightly better than average. It it comes to Starcraft combat, we've got 'em beat.

Should the war come to Warcraft, which is unlikely, and unfortunate, I can assure you that I could probably handle them pretty easily. Warcraft 2 was the game of choice last year at college and I could beat any 2 people in the entire building. I even once survived for 2 hours in a 5-player "Free For All" that, not too surprisingly, turned into a 4-on-1 with me on the "1" side. I lost, but it took 'em 2 hours to do take me down.

My point is, I am very certain that we can win a war, even if it is on two fronts, and even if it stretches over the 3 possible battlegrounds. However, aside from our undercover move into TC, we should place ourselves solely on the defensive. Of course, all this is planning for a war that may not for monthes, if it happens at all. :-)
