Um... almost.
The computer was $1067... not $450.
I bought the computer from a Russian company, not just some Russian guy.
It would boot up quite fine without a CD in the CD-Rom... I just had to change the BIOS so it checked for the boot record from the hard-drive first, that's all.
And the email is on the way...
