I do believe the company I work for has to find a solution for implementing the technology that already exists there. We have acquire computers and a Business software design for the tuxedo industry, yet no one uses it. Why? Well partially resistance to change from upper management and also there has been no education or training to any of the staff to implement the system. In my speech I will talk about what are some possible solutions that have been used by other stores with success.
