An active communicator is annoying. An instructor, or presentor that is too involved in thier coffee, gum, or a visual aide is annoying. It shows me that they aren't intrested in what they are speaking about.
A passionate communicator makes me active. If the person in truly passionate about what they are speaking of you can see it in thier face as well as how they are presenting it.
