I feel that technology will keep recreating itself into many different things and different areas. I hope people have back ups when something goes wrong. I just wonder what all this technology does to our communication skills. It seems to me people are starting to get more impatient, can't hold a conversation in person, and not understanding what is being conveyed because of it. I get angry when I can't get someone to talk to me on the phone or wait for 15 min. while listening to a whole bunch of options before someone comes to the phone. I can't stand when someone doesn't want to talk to me about their program or business and tells me to go to their web site. This makes me feel the person is lazy and doesn't care about their business, their customers etc. except for the buck they put in their pocket. I don't deal with business's like this because of this. Technology might be ok for business people communicating together but when dealing with the public or "first time" customers I feel it's a turn off.
