Subject: Research Project - HELP!

Greetings to all the loyal listeners. Snarfdude & Moondog have given me a new research assignment, and I can't complete it without your help. They want to know where our listeners live, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to research that without simply asking you - where are you from? Just post below with your location, and you may even get a mention on a future episode of Cheeze Pleeze. And a prize to the listener who is farthest away from the Pit.

Do I win? Australia? ;-)

What if people make up a location ;-)

Is this open to listeners? Or just program directors of stations that air the show?

Right now, Admittingly, Laverne just put out the word to see if there's interest....this is still in the preliminary stages. Rules, if any, have yet to be sorted out....so we will see what happens.....australia is definitely a possibility though.....we will announce it on the show to give listeners what's going on....

as for people making up a location...well, we have to mial them a prize if they win....they better have a real mailing address....

and we haven't set the rules yet for crying out loud!!! LOL!!!

Well guys, if we actually come up with "Cheeze Pleeze Gear" in the near future, we will definitely put you both on the list. and we are definitely talking about it.....it's just a matter of money and figuring out how exactly to do it and what we should do....we are thinking T-shirts and buttons currently....so when we do, wear em with pride....we need the promotion you see...unlike some multinational corporations, we don't expect you to pay for the pleasure of a walking billboard!!!

I suppose adam did win to some degree.....the pit is fairly close to moncton....so much so that adam did receive a visit from yours truly at the end of september on a "cheezy music tour" of moncton aka "hit every thrift store and value village in the moncton area" and I actually found a few things that can be used on future shows....of course I was there for the CBC Train's visit to moncton (CBC is celebrating their 50th anniversary last month so they had a rolling museum you could visit going across canada!) and was glad adam could come down to meet me. was also neat to see the cable TV studio he volunteers at!

LOL SNarfdude!!

Any chance of the Cheeze Music Tour visiting OZ??

I would love to wear a Cheezepleeze T-shirt! www.cafepress.com make them for free, but they dont send out here to OZ :-((. I have some for STARFM, but I cant order them in. I can go down to the art store, and buy a Iron On Decal and iron them on a blank T-shirt though ;-)

Seeya!!

well.....when we actually start the contest and blowout prize budget of "nothing to really work with" then you'll have a chance to lose. right now, you're just a "losing wannabe" so there. In any event, we still wanna know where you are...so keep em comin...
