原則上我們在台灣新力音樂網站上刊登的徵才項目是只有對台灣地區朋友的需求，尤其是在新力音樂公司內服務的項目，當然一定是要能每天來公司上班的人才能符合我們的要求，至於歌手和詞曲作者的徵求訊息，我們最主要也是針對台灣地區的朋友們而設置的，所以會以台灣地區的居民為主要考慮對象！

How do I know if you've accepted my recordings etc or not?
如果您或您的作品的作品有被新力音樂的製作人們相中的話，就一定會有專人主動與您聯絡的，請放心！而因為我們製作部的工作人員們每週收到的詞曲／藝人投稿都有數百封之多，所以對於未能入選的作品，真的無法一一通知，不便之處，敬請見諒！
