Subject: F4IFF Phil. Project help appreciated

Really excited about F4 going to the Phil although I won't be there. We are trying to sort something out for the airport and a meeting before the concert to sort things out between fans so you guys can get to meet each other. Hope you'll all have fun.

If we find out any information about the arrival timing we would like some fans if not most fans to go and represent us as a group so F4 know about us. If you know any information about their trip please inform us stright away as it'll help a great deal thanks.

We need a few fans to do the following so please contact us if you'd be kind enough to help.

*Photos - we would like someone or as much photos as we can get. If you wouldn't mind showing off your pretty photos please help

*Bodyguards - I don't think we'll be able to see F4 before the concert and they won't be in much contact with us just before the concert but at the airport we're trying to sort out a bodyguard crew. We need any fan who is willing to try anf form a circle around F4 so that they aren't hurt whilst trying to get through the fans at the airport in Phil as I'm sure they have lots of fans in Phil by now. We need quite a large number of people so if your friends will be going or if you have any information about their trip please inform us asap. We need as many fans as we can get in the crew.

*Manager of the day - We need someone to manage most things who is in Phil so that everything will be organised and no accidents will happen on the day. Basically we'll email and chat to see what we can do at concert to attract F4's attention, banners, the meeting and plans etc....Please contact me as soon as you can for this esp. thanks
