Subject: Latest on Philipine concert + timings

Hello everyone it's me again. Haha it's now 1:15am and I'm so tired. My brother helped me work out a timetable thing and I'm emailing to see what you all think. It's only a simple draft one so please send me your thoughts about the timing.

Location I: will be at some kind of food place such as mcdonalds so fans can meet up talk and eat lunch.
Time: around 11am-1pm
Location II: outside Ultra to meet others and que up ready to go in at 2pm when the doors open.
Time: 1pm-2pm

The others would have to find us inside the venue either by finding our banners or by us wearing some kind of simple colour uniform. So for example everyone wear a blue t-shirt etc so that when we gather together there will be like a blue sea of people so it's easier to find us if we don't get the banners.

Location III: after the concert short bye and exchange of phones number etc talk about the concert or something. Not really sure if we should go ahead with this last gathering as I'm not sure when it ends yet. What do you guys think?

Can anyone make the banners or know where to make them? As we need them before F2 arrive so they are ready for the concert the next day at least. Can I put someone or a few of you to be incharge of this please?
