98.6 % of the misfits who now refer (not to be confused with the canabis "refer") to themselves as SECC Alumnists had trouble attaining a 70% score on the entrance examination. And even then, 78% were given various score points for, let's say, filling out examination fee waiver forms (welfare department payroll patriots), spelling their names partially correct on employment application documents and the like to supplement their over all score of 69%.
What's more disturbing is the general attitude at their former campus is the belief that a 75% scoring on a promotional examination was a "high" mark. Back to the canabis. Out of the 75% ranking, 7 points were alloted for filing the free examination application etc. You get the point. Or do you if you're an Alumnist? Too bad the "joint" was closed! The seniority list with associated civil service test scores was, at best, comical. Actually pathetic. The ones who never took or passed an entrance exam were either given a test grade of "69" or the grade column was left blank depending on gender etc.
Those who were provisional appointees well before having taken the entrance examination mostly scored 69%/70% after working several years. Pathetic! Been on the job for 17 years as a provisional employee and can't document what time it is on the test clock or how many inmates are assigned to a seven-man work detail in the gymnasium? They give you the f---ing answers on the test and after all, they were collecting the other form of welfare (not doing a f---ing thing) for 17 years.
Now it's SECC Alumnist! Where the f--k do these freaks believe they've been? Harvard? MIT? Yale? 30% of them did belong at Yale. Behind Yale locks, that is. Give it a break and move on! It's time to make the donuts, bread or whatever bakery products you made prior to attaing a 70% grade!
