Looking through posts, as usual, I have decided to do a little...commentary on BPC's couples. Not mates, mind you, couples. Couples..two young, or old, or young and old in some cases..Couples..awww.
Here's the disclaimer, can we you say that? DIS-CLAIM-ER. All together now. "DIS-CLAIM-ER!" Definition: NOUN
1. A repudiation or denial of responsibility or connection. Ok? We got it? Here goes: I am not taking any responsibility for what I say in this column because, after all, I mean nothing personal. Just some friendly commentary.
(And yes, before I was being a bitch about getting that across to do because of many many MANY people grossly misinterperted what I had said.)
Anyways, onto couples. I'm going to take a look at a few of BPC's more prominant couples; Brock and Terri, Crash and Ice, Vince and Trish, and Jamie and Nidia...
Let's start with Crash and Ice. Who would have thought, Crash, quirky, child-like, cute cousin of Bob would ever have a chance at love? Well, love other than 'secret crushes' which he never had either. So..what is to come of Crash and Ice's little relationship? Will Ice be able to stay strong against Crash's two overbearing cousins Bob and Molly? Will Crash be able to stay strong against Molly's constant nagging for him to find a better, less "indecent" female? That's another thing that only will time tell...
And onto Vince and Trish. Who woulda thought? 8 Year old Vince and 4 year old Trish? It's positively scandalous! Which brings me to another thing! Vince has a mate! THATS ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY SCANDALOUS! Ok..anyways..There's not much to say with this one. What will Steph do if they actually do become mates? What about this other mate Vince has? Will Hunter be able to resist Trish? He hasn't shown that much resolve in that area. Will Steph and Trish go past their differences? I somehow doubt that. Does Chris, in some way, fall into this web of lies and deceit? I have a feeling things wont exactly turn out good in what I've deemed the most dysfuntional family in BPC.
Jamie and Nidia. Those names sound respectable enough...You'd think. I have deemed Jamie and Nidia trailor park trask couple of the century! Jamie goes around showing various males what they'll never have, which is..Nidia. But do they really want it? I doubt Crash wanted to be kissed by Nidia because he kept referring to it as an 'attack', Acer might have wanted it, and boy, did he get it. So, will Jamie continue this..'allowed, blatant cheating'? They seem to be doing plenty of kissing on their own. Will Nidia find someone better to her liking? Will this couple be destined to break apart?
Terri, the name that Dawn and Pavilion named their twin baby girl that fateful day. Brock, a name feared by many along his life, an enormous wolf who trained all his life. A walking bad attitude. And while I'll be covering the intricate life of Terri some other time, I'll go straight to probably the most conniving couple in BPC today; Terri and Brock. With Terri's ability to devise evil plans and Brock's massive strength and size I doubt there is little this couple can't do. Although they haven't shown any real affection for each other, I doubt this relationship is about affection. Even in the beginning the main aspect of their relationship was business, as dictated by Paul, Brock's lech-like, fat and disgusting manager and voice. Brock and Paul would protect Terri from her many enemies in exchange for Terri's allure and mastermind while Brock is engaged in battle. The business relationship has obviously grown to more, but we, the unsuspecting post-readers are left to ponder, is this a variable disaster waiting to happen? Terri can never really be sincere, you all thought her and Torrie, her twin were inseparable, you thought wrong. And with Paul's equally evil mastermind, how long will they put up with Terri before disgarting her like a piece of trash? I can tell you this will definately be one explosive relationship..
So..Those are some key relationships in BPC..I have not much more to say except, see you next time!...Uh..bye.
