She puts him in crossties and fixes up his stall. then gets his feed and fills up his water bucket. She takes out her grooming box and grooms him especially just behind his left shoulder, his favorite spot. He stretches his neck and closes his eyes when she brushes it. She finishes out by picking his feet and giving him a loving pat on his neck. "Good boy, tomorrow we'll have to get back on track with your training again. build up some more muscles." The tall colt lowers his muzzle down and nuzzles her hair, then rests his nose on her shoulder. She reaches up and strokes his cheek. She leads him in his new stall and takes off his halter. She shuts the gate behind her and looks over the bottom door. "Maybe we'll have to get you a little friend to keep you company, I'll ask Sampson and Rachel tomorrow. Good-night boy." She give him one last pat then walks out of the barn...
