The wind is blowing a cool breeze through the air, the birds are chirping, the animals are frolicking in the woods, the people of nearby towns are going about their everyday buisness...None of which are expecting what is about to happen. The beautifull day is transformed into what most would call a storm of storms as the sky begins to darken, thunder is heard across the land as lightning is seen strike out randomly at tree, buildings and the such. The storm rages on for several days growing worse and worse as everyone begins to wonder what has happened. The mages and clerics of the land no nothing of what could have caused it, nor do their Gods know. All are speechless as the town of Silone is destroyed by a landslide from a nearby mountain. Many perish in the disaster, many many more are wounded, some lose their families, and entire generations are wiped out as the storm rages on. The oceans begins to rise taking out several of the harbor towns on the outskirts of the continent causing more fatalities. Then as quick as it had started no more than a few days ago, it ends with a single man floating where the eye of the storm would have been. He is clad in dark blue armor, he looks to stand about 6' tall, he has black hair and as he floats down from the air, one could notice the long thin black braid of hair that extends down to his knees. His eyes glow azure blue as he looks upon the devastation that his comming has caused. He looks around the remains of the town of Silone, tears streaming down his face as he sees the death and destruction that he caused with his power. Several of the survivors who saw his appearance in the eye of the storm and then saw it dissipate, are blaming him for the deaths of their loved ones, the destruction of thier town, and the injuries that most have sustained. As he walks, he leans heavily upon a staff that seems made of darkwood. It has many runes inscribed upon it and at the top of the staff there is a large red ruby glowing brightly.
As he walks past the pile of those who did not survive, he stops and bows his head in reverence and sobs bitterly, the sides of his face becoming raw from the tears that are falling. As he looks around he screams: "I didn't know!!!!" and then falls to his knees hoping and praying that this is all a dream. He soon realizes that it is not a dream but reality that he must live with what he has done with his comming. As he turns to leave the remains of the town, he looks at the survivors who are in turn looking at him with raw hatred, he sighs, then says: "If I had the power to fix all of this I would...But as it stands, I do not. I am terribly saddend and extremely sorry for what has taken place with my arrival here today. You will not see me again." With that he dissapears and walks off into the woods.
